3 Day Seoul Trip, Part 5 (Insadong)

Our last stop before leaving Seoul to head back home was the shopping street Insadong.

First thing we noticed…..it’s full of western people ;>.>

We haven’t seen so many non-Koreans in one place since we’ve been here, it felt a little odd at first, I’ve gotten used to being the only white person everywhere I go hehe ^^

There’s some interesting shops to looks around, and a lot of souvenir type things to buy….but one of the most interesting places was the restaurant we had lunch at. This place had the lowest ceilings ever in a restaurant lol. The main entrance and middle floor is normal height, but you have to duck to walk around where the tables are. When you’re sitting down it’s fine, but it was unusual and fun :)

At the bottom of the street there were free traditional games to try playing (for chuseok), so I had a go at one, and was not very good at it ^_^;

We spotted one shop window up on a 2nd floor full of anime toys, so went up to have a look…turns out it wasn’t a shop at all, but a toy museum heh
