Food Migration >.>

Lately it seems like it’s starting to get easier to find Japanese ingredients and foods in supermarkets……which is really handy; especially if you like to cook Japanese style dishes and / or are married to a Japanese person (like I am ^^)

We first noticed that the “Asian” sections in most supermarkets now have more Japanese sauces and seasonings available, whereas before we had to go to specialist shops for that kind of thing…..and this week, we noticed that they now even have Japanese style cabbages >.>

Of course we had to buy one ;P

Chinese foods and sauces have always been common in supermarkets in the UK, and it’s nice to see that now Japanese ingredients are getting more common ^-^
